As part of your membership MetroFitness offers a variety of over 60 classes a week, catering to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Offering traditional options - Cycle, Body Sculpting, Circuit & Interval training as well as non-traditional options - R.I.P.P.E.D., PIYO, Turbo KickZumba , Hip Hop Hustle, Yoga, and Raising The Bar.
