We have the finest group fitness team in Montgomery. At Metro we offer over sixty group exercises every week at no additional fee. All classes are designed to fit your level of expertise, and taught by nationally certified instructors.
As part of your membership MetroFitness offers a variety of over 60 classes a week, catering to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Offering traditional options – Cycle, Body Sculpting, Circuit & Interval training as well as non-traditional options – Turbo Kick, Zumba, Pound, P90x, Insanity,Yoga, and Booty Barre.

Push Your Workouts To The Limits in MetroFit
Become your best YOU with MetroFit. Every Monday at 5:30 a.m. and every other Wednesday @ 5:35 p.m. join instructors Travis & Julia in this grueling strength and conditioning class aimed at developing cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, and overall body awareness as well as a leaner, more athletic body. From barbells to kettlebells. From plyometrics to Olympic style lifts- MetroFit is a high intensity, full-body workout that will push you to your limits and gets you started for the day.
If you’re looking to improve your ability to defend yourself, trying a new athletic venture, or just looking to burn lots of calories in a short period of time join us for our bi-weekly instruction based boxing class, private 1 on 1 sessions, or small group training. Our knowledgeable and experienced boxing trainers Josh & Travis provide hands-on, detailed instruction based on techniques used by professionals around the world.
