Class of the month: "Cycling" - try for only 5$

Metrofitness is proud of its over 60 classes every week. To judge for yourself, we'll be featuring one type of class each month. We'll kick off this open class special on April 1, starting with "Cycle/Spin". If you have not tried cycling before, come and check it out. Most of the cycle classes will be themed with special music, such as "Spring break road trip" or "80's delight" or or or... Our dedicated cycling studio features over 30 bikes. No sign-up required - just enjoy the air conditioned, light  and sound atmosphere with your fellow riders. Let the instructor take you on a cycle tour! From April 1-30, all cycle classes will be only 5$ each for guests, free for members - as all classes are.

Personal Training: Kick off your fitness with our Spring Special

If you ever thought of trying a personal trainer, this is the right time to make it happen: Our Spring Special offers 3 one-hour training sessions with a personal trainer of your choice at Metrofitness. Come and meet our awesome trainers and see who fits your goals, needs and vibes best. Ideal for people of all ages - also if recovering from physical injuries or struggling with getting back in shape. This special is available all April - one set of 3 sessions per purchase. Price for a set is 99$ for members, 129$ for non-members.

Introducing Metro's Metabolic Makeover

Maximize your training benefits by losing weight, restoring optimal health and preventing disease: Metro Metabolic Makeover is an eight weeks program lead by Delisa Boswell, certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her program adds the all important accountability component to your fitness regimen and includes body composition analysis, measurements, weekly weight and exercise monitoring. The food plan is healthy, flexible and workable for the long term. The program can be followed whether you are in town or traveling  - you only need to attend a kick-off meeting to receive your personalized plan guidelines and to take the initial measurements and an 4th week and 8th week weighing procedure. All 8 weeks cost 200$ for members and 230$ for non-members. Kick-off meeting will be on Sunday, May 4, 4pm. Pay and sign-up ahead of time at our frontdesk.

Coming soon: Small Class Training

From Monday, May 19th, Metrofitness offers small class training for the two hottest class formats: BOOTYBARRE (Mondays, 10:45am) and TRX SUSPENSION (Wednesdays, 9:45am). Participation is limited to 8 people per bootybarre class and 6 people per TRX class. The small class environment will grant you full personal attention by the instructor and helps you progress strongly. The bliss of training in a small group is open to members (10$ per class) and non-members (15$ per class). Pay as many classes ahead of time as you may wish to save your spot in any of these SMALL CLASSES - no longterm committment. Call or see our elite instructor Dru to reserve your spot in class.

Nutrition class: "Supplements - all you need to know!"

Next month's topic of our nutrition class series is settled. We got the most votes for: "Supplements - What you need to know". Our registered diatitian Mike Polis will speak on the use of supplements such as protein powder, creatine, fat burners, multi vitamins, BCAAs, electrolyte drinks, and all your body needs on Sunday, May 4th from 5-6pm at Metrofitness. The class is free for Metro members and 10$ guest fee for guests.

Looking for a quick but intense lunchtime workout?

INSANITY is our answer! Every Monday and Thursday at noon, our Inssanity classes make you train insane for 30 minutes flat - but you feel like having worked out a full hour! Wether you are an athlete, soccer mom or just a weekend warrior, this is your chance to get hooked to a new type of training. The choice is 30 minutes (ideal for members at their lunch break!) and 50 minutes workouts several times a week - check out our schedule for details. Dig deep - train insane! Who's in?

Shape your booty in style

We take booty barre a step further and present you BOOTY BARRE PLUS: Join the class every Tuesday 9:35 am and every Thursday 10:45am and enjoy a fusion of fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga. This energetic, fun workout will tone, define and chisel your whole body. The underlying Booty Barre method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.

Rock your Saturday Morning

MetroFitness offers a specialty class every Saturday morning at 9am. This month's highlight: "BodyRock Bootcamp" with our instructor Courtney on March 29th. Get ready to burn calories in fun style!
